Hello Family,

Just a quick reminder, the deadline to pay reunion fees is one week from today: Thursday, May 1, 2025.

As of now, less than half of our family members have paid or registered for the reunion. I need to know ASAP if we’re moving forward as planned or if we need to regroup and make changes.

I’m under pressure to confirm our numbers and put down deposits. Please don’t leave me hanging, let me hear from you soon!

Sending warm love and greetings from Mississippi!

We’re looking forward to an amazing family reunion—but we’ve hit a major roadblock and need your immediate help to bring this celebration to life.

Vendors are asking for final headcounts and deposits, and unfortunately, we’re short on both. We truly expected more funds to have been deposited into the reunion account by now.

Here’s the current roll call:

• 137 Registered (121 Adults | 12 Children | 4 Free)

• Paid: 59 Adults | 3 Children

That means a lot of folks are planning to come—but haven’t submitted payment yet.

Important Deadlines:

• Hotel Registration Deadline: March 31, 2025 (Extended 2 weeks)

• Reunion Fees Due: May 1, 2025

As of today, we don’t even have enough to cover one day of events. We can’t make this reunion happen with only a quarter of the family fully committed.

Please don’t wait. Register and send in your fees ASAP so we can lock things in and celebrate like we know how!

As a requested optional free-time activity (separate fee required), we are organizing a day trip

to New Orleans, Louisiana, on Saturday, August 23, 2025. We have contacted three bus

companies for pricing on a round-trip from Biloxi to New Orleans, departing at 7:30 AM and

returning at 3:00 PM. The cost for a 56-passenger bus is approximately $33 per person.

The itinerary may include:

•  Bourbon Street

•  French Quarter

•  Jackson Square

•  Café Beignet / Café Du Monde

•  The Caesars Superdome

•  Warehouse / Garden District

•  Riverwalk

•  Tulane, Dillard, and Xavier Universities

There are no scheduled reunion activities until 6:00 PM on Saturday for the Soirée, so this is a

great opportunity to explore. Additional free-time options include shopping, local tours,

casinos, the beach, Margaritaville, and more.

Please inform your anchors if you are interested in the New Orleans tour, as it must be

scheduled soon.

Reunion Registration Reminder

If you are attending the reunion, please register as soon as possible. All scheduled activities are

planned based on registration numbers.

Reunion Fees:

$125 (12 & up)

$50 (Children 4-11)

Reunion fees are required regardless of attendance duration.

Deadline: May 1, 2025

Fees cover venues, food, catering, rentals, program costs, etc.
