Dear Family,

I hope this message finds you well. As we finalize agreements with vendors and hotels for

our upcoming reunion, we need your commitments to move forward.

We have selected the Hilton Garden Inn in Biloxi, MS, as our Host Hotel. As an alternative

for larger families, Hotel Legends (located next door) will serve as our Co-Host Hotel. Hotel

Legends offers one- and two-bedroom suites (please visit hotel websites for amenities and

restrictions).

Both hotels are under contract, meaning we must secure our bookings by March 31,

2025, to avoid penalties for holding rooms that could be reserved by other guests.

Additionally, we have provided a list of nearby casino hotels within walking distance, as well

as Margaritaville Resort for families with children. However, if possible, we encourage

everyone to prioritize booking at the Hilton Garden Inn, our designated Host Hotel.
